• Creators vs. Posters
  • Those who start with their own vision and emerge looking at the universe with fresh eyes will succeed.
  • There are people who succeed natively through platforms (posters).
  • There are people bringing their work to platforms to bring more attention to their ideas (creators).
  • Creators/artists are looking for a service to be provided for them.
  • Creators go to platforms to look for an audience to connect with their work.

Will still be true even in that future. I think that people who are starting with their own vision and who are able to emerge from their worlds, looking at the universe with fresh eyes and seeking how to, you know, communicate Whatever unique thing they see, those people are going to keep winning. There are people who succeed natively through the platforms. Those are posters. And then there are people who, you know, we are bringing our work to these platforms and we’re using those platforms to bring more attention to our ideas. And I think that that is more of the creator artist who is looking for a service to be provided for us. And especially we go to platforms to look for an audience to be connected with our work.
The medium of publication often imposes overhead that has little to do with the story itself. Creators gravitate toward platforms like TikTok not because the format best serves their vision, but because distribution demands it — even when the constraints limit the depth of expression they’d prefer.
